Nikki Dietert, M.D.

Dr. (Jessica) Nikki Dietert is a native Texan and has proudly served the greater Austin area since 2018. She offers Mohs skin cancer surgery, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy and cancer-free skin. She also enjoys utilizing cosmetic treatments to help patients achieve their goals with natural-looking results. 

Dr. Dietert attended The University of Tulsa, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and minor in Theatre. During her undergraduate time, she also studied abroad at the University of College Cork in Cork, Ireland. She then received her medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She subsequently completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center followed by a Dermatology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston/MD Anderson. There she served as chief resident and cosmetic training coordinator during her final year.

Dr. Dietert then completed a year-long fellowship program in Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at Washington University in St. Louis where she received extensive training in Mohs skin cancer surgery and surgical reconstruction. Her fellowship training also included dedicated training in an array of cosmetic procedures, including the use of injectables as well as laser treatments. During her training, Dr. Dietert authored numerous book chapters and original articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Dietert is dedicated to continuing to expand her medical knowledge to provide the best care possible for her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Dietert enjoys spending time with husband, dog, family and friends, live music and learning to garden.
